Louis Critelli possesses 22 years of experience in all aspects of insurance. He completed all 3 Xactimate courses—the software used for insurance estimates— including Mastery in 2017 and went on to the “Train the Trainers” program. He is a proud husband and father who is dedicated to helping our community in New England.
Hi! I’m Seth Khoury, CEO of Fire Claims Solutions Public Adjusters, and I’ve spent the last 12 years working in the claim industry, with more than a decade focused on adjusting property losses. I’m Xactimate certified and have managed as many as 300 claims in a single year. This experience has taught me how important clear communication and persistence are when people are dealing with damage to their homes.
When I’m not working files, I try to keep things simple. I enjoy getting on the golf course when I can, and I also like spending time at the range. Those are the things that help me reset and stay grounded.

Nicole Dempsey
Nicole Dempsey is the operations manager at FCS, managing our team’s day-to-day work. She has two separate bachelor’s degrees from URI. Nicole also spent 25 years in customer service, which is crucial for creating a safe environment for the customer. At FCS, we believe that customer comfort is important for proper communication and honest work, which Nicole specializes in. She is also a loving wife and mother.
